10/01/2010 - By Sherri Roberts

My husband and I sat on leather couches amongst exquisite decor and sampled sweet caramel sauce, creamy dressings, and rich peanut butter bars. We felt like we were at a gourmet bistro, but we were getting the royal treatment at Casper Family Chiropractic, home of Ideal Weight Loss and Wellness! The whole team welcomed us with warm smiles and put us at ease as they took time to explain to us how their wellness program works.

Dr. David Iszler added Ideal Weight Loss and Wellness to his practice in January 2010. Both he and his wife, Sheryl, had tried the program during the last part of 2009 and shed a combined total of 77 pounds! They decided that if they could lose that much during the holidays, anyone could use this program to lose weight.

Sheryl Iszler, who has a master's degree in social work, joined the practice in June as a wellness consultant. Her counseling experience helps clients understand why and when they eat while developing new replacement behaviors.

The business has since exploded to about 100 dieters per week, so Tim Walters has joined the team as a wellness consultant for their male clients. He has also tried the Ideal Weight Loss Program and has experienced significant weight loss. According to Tim, female dieters on their program can expect to lose three to five pound per week and male clients will lose four to seven! This is not hard to believe when you peruse the before and after photo album on the waiting room coffee table.

Where did the Ideal Weight Loss and Wellness plan originate? It was developed in Europe twenty years ago by a doctor who worked with Olympians to cut fat while maintaining muscle mass using high quality 1010protein. From there, the program traveled to Canada before coming to the United States. All of the products are now FDA approved and the program includes pharmaceutical grade supplements.

But this program is not just about weight loss. It's about emotional and physiological wellness. One of the main goals of this doctor supervised program is to work people off of their medications like those for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type II diabetes. The team at Ideal builds a personal relationship with each client. They work to make sure each person is treated individually and feels comfortable. And they stay with each client every step of the way with education on physiology, setting and reaching goals, developing coping skills for life's emergencies, and creating new habits. Clients are also given recipes and tips for at home and restaurant dining. The team even sees each client free once a week for a full year after their goals have been met to help insure maintenance. Soon there will be a free emotional eating education support group for the clients.

There are several ways to find out more about the program that has helped the clients of this incredible team lose well over 3500 pounds since January. Call Casper Family Chiropractic at 307-266-6908 or stop by 426 West 1st Street and set up a consultation. Read recipes, tips, ideas, suggestions, and testimonials on the web at www.idealyouweightloss.com and once you join the program, find them on Facebook for peer support. Follow the example of the Iszlers and give yourself the gift of wellness during this upcoming holiday season.

***This just in!- Ideal You Weight Loss and Wellness is offering a two for one consultation special throughout the month of October! There will also be a free seminar at 6:00 P.M. on October 21st at the Holiday Inn Express on Legion Lane for training on the program and complimentary product samples. Don't miss this exciting and potentially life-changing opportunity!
